Environmental fate: 
Soil:Half-life in paddy soil is 13-18 d. Koc 1885.Plant:Residues in the unpolished grain of rice plants harvested 113 and 119 days after treatment with pyributicarb (40 kg/ ha) were found to be less than the detectable limit (0.005 mg/ kg). WATER SOLUBILITY: 0.32 mg/l at 20° C
