Activity
Acaricide/Miticide
Flucycloxuron is active against eggs and larvae of Coleoptera, Diptera and Lepidoptera, and eggs and nymphs of spider mites. It is primarily a stomach poison but also has some contact activity. Spring applications are recommended, when 75-90% of eggs have hatched. Good residual activity is achieved due to penetration of the leaf cuticle by the compound.

Field trials on apples have shown no phytotoxicity on any of the varieties tested and no russeting on the variety Golden Delicious, even at high doses.
