Russia’s Kuban Agro nearly doubles net profit to 2 bln rubles in 2015

Kuban Agro grows traditional crops (wheat, barley, sunflower, soy, corn, sugar beet) as well as guar and chickpea, which are new to Russia.
Through the careful selection of seeds and strict observance of agrotechnologies, Kuban Agro achieves the greatest yields in the Krasnodar territory
In 2014, crop yields in the company were 10-30% higher than the average rates in the Krasnodar territory
The company has its own science and technology laboratory which develops, approbates and introduces technologies for increasing the cereal and tilled crop production yield which are unique in Russia
The company plans to pursue further vertical integration and business diversification through the launch of selection pig breeding center and development of high value products.
