ADAMA acquires majority stake in key Paraguayan Ag-distributor FNV S.A.

FNV S.A. (Fertilizer Nano Value Action) is a company located in Paraguay in the sector of agricultural inputs distribution. It started in 2010 with a partnership with the company RIBER-KWS, entered the market of the agricultural sector in 2015. The company is located in the city of Hernandarias, Paraguay.

In July 2016, FNV opened its first branch in the city of San Alberto, and the second branch in May 2017 in Santa Rita.

FNV's main activities are in the import and commercialization of exclusive products in the agricultural market. It currently has a team of 35 professionals among commercial consultants, product development, administrative and financial technicians. Its suppliers include Adama, KWS and Teksill.
