Baja Plants was founded in 2001 by 5 partners interested in promoting the development of the San Quintín Valley and created a company exclusively dedicated to the production of seedlings with the initial objective of providing the growing demand for seedlings in the Baja California coastal zone.

Baja Plants currently has an exclusive area for the disinfection of trays, a storage for trays, a warehouse for plantings, germination room, more than 4 hectares of covered surface to give optimum conditions to the plant and 3 has for air conditioning and hardening. It also has a laboratory for multiplication "in vitro" and a workshop for the production of Solanaceae and Cucurbitaceae grafts.
