Sumitomo Chemical to acquire PGR business from Kyowa Hakko Bio

Kyowa Hakko Bio is a Japanese leading company of bio-technology and fermentation. It was spun out from Kyowa Hakko Kogyo biochemical business unit and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kyowa Hakko Kirin, Co., Ltd.
