Lamberti is an important player in the global Agrochemical markets as a supplier of surfactants, natural and synthetic polymers, fine chemicals, oleo-chemicals and enzyme derivatives. Lamberti also manufactures specialty chemicals for a variety of other industries and applications in the US and abroad, including Oil, Textiles, Leather, Photo-curing, Coatings, Paper, Ceramics, Cosmetics, Detergents, and PVC.
As part of our strategic decision to enter the US Agrochemical market, Lamberti acquired and now operates two chemical synthesis plants in the US producing a wide range of specialty products for the domestic and export markets.

The following is a brief overview of the Lamberti USA locations.
The Chattanooga, TN plant was acquired in late-2006 and specializes in ethoxylation/propoxylation technology to produce alkoxylated adducts including a wide range of surfactants, block copolymers, polyols, intermediates and blends for various US and export markets. The Chattanooga plant also provides toll synthesis services for several large US surfactant and specialty chemical companies.
The Wharton (Houston), TX plant was acquired in 2001 to better serve the North-American market especially for oilfield chemicals and industrial coatings application. The Wharton Plant specializes in esterification, amidation and custom blending technologies. In addition, it serves as a strategic logistical base for regional distribution of Lamberti products and services.
The business headquarters for Lamberti USA is located in Conshohocken (Philadelphia), PA to support Lamberti’s industrial applications and markets throughout the Western Hemisphere.
In addition to the technical and commercial resources at our US sites, Lamberti has an extensive Agrochemicals Research and Development organization in Italy, specializing in product and application innovation. We are now able to combine Lamberti’s technical and commercial expertise in Europe and Brazil with our local resources to tailor innovative technical and logistical solutions for our Agrochemical partners in the US.
