AENDA is the main entity that worked on establishing the registration of pesticides through equivalence, and over the years we have shown strength in engaging with various issues, such as: federal regulations, state regulations, product application and use, federal and state taxes and fees, patent system, import procedures, and much more.
The implementation of registration by equivalence completely changed the landscape of the agricultural pesticides market in Brazil. The fight for faster evaluations and approvals of registration by equivalence continues, as the sector considers that the evaluation of Technical Products and Formulated Products dossiers is still slow.
We are a real-time source of information for our members and a focal point where post-patent pesticide producers meet to discuss different topics, always seeking technical solutions for their problems and fighting for the adoption of rational criteria that always take into account the cost/benefit of products and farmers' interests, as well as ensuring safe products for the general population.
We strive to be an association where agricultural pesticide producers can find support for their problems and claims, acting as the voice of the industry before government agencies.
AENDA coordinates different activities at its headquarters, promoting technical courses, meetings with groups formed among affiliated companies for discussion and technical analysis of different subjects, and also developing monthly technical reports with diverse sector information for our members.
