Ghana MOFA claims victory in fight against Fall Armyworms in Northern Region

As part of Wienco's commitment to improve productivity of small farmers in Ghana, the organisation initiated the establishment of Cocoa Abrabopa Association (CAA). The objective is to work closely with institutional partners such as CRIG to provide the best quality fertiliser and agricultural inputs to increase yields and incomes of farmers. CAA is currently a subsidiary and a key partner to Wienco (Ghana) Limited.

Wienco Ghana Ltd, established in 1979, is a leading agricultural company that focuses on commodity trading. Wienco has a master brand, ‘Aduanehene’ (King of Food), to serve as a marketing conduit for all its food produce such as rice, maize and vegetables (onions).

In addition to our engagement in food marketing, Wienco has started a pilot project to trade high quality poultry feed with the ambition of becoming a leading animal feed supplier in Ghana.
