The German based agribusiness, Ceravis AG became part of Danish Agro group in February 2015. It is has its main activites in north-east Germany.
Ceravis AG has a total revenue of about 1 billion EUR and consist of more than 60 departments og about 550 employees. Furthermore, the company has an annual turnover of about 2.5 million ton crops, 400,000 ton feed, 400,000 ton fertilizer, 60,000 ton seed and EUR 60 million worth of plant protection.
Ceravis AG is owned by Danish Agro, Vestjyllands Andel and Agravis Raiffeissen AG og has a strong representation in the German federals states Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Sachsen and Niedersachsen.
