Bruno Baranne appointed president of the French Crop Protection Association (UIPP)

explaining the role of the industry in modern agriculture and the benefits of its products to the community. It was created in 1918 and has 29 member companies which represent 96% of the French market, the premier market in the European Union.
The Association represents the Agrochemical Industry. Member companies research and develop crop protection products and innovative crop protection techniques.
