Diagro SA was founded in 1991, by its directors Jaime Zorzetto and Joacir Alves, initiating its activities in the field of Import, Export and Commercialization of Agricultural Supplies. In the year 2002, Diagro starts in the field of cereals, acquiring for it silos strategically located in the departments of Alto Paraná and Caaguazú; One year later, he built a modern silo in the department of Canindeyú, totaling 5 silos today for the storage of soy, wheat and corn.

 

In 2005, a branch was inaugurated in Santa Rita, an area that proved to be a competitive and fast growing region in the agricultural sector. Seeing the need of the internal and external market, in 2008 the Diagro group acquires the Agrochemicals Industry CHD'S AGROCHEMICALS SAIC More a branch was inaugurated in 2009, beginning operations in the Bella Vista region where it also starts working in the area Rice cooker from Paraguay. Continuing with the expansion of the company, in 2010 Diagro inaugurates more a branch and a silo in the department of San Pedro. In 2014, Diagro opened the branch of Pedro Juan Caballero and in 2016 it inaugurated the branch of Itakyry, thus concluding the objective of covering the main productive regions of Paraguay.
