Velsimex was founded 30 years ago when there were 92 companies supplying agrochemicals. Today, it is a Mexican company with the highest turnover in Mexico and occupies the 5th place in sales only surpassed by four global companies.
Velsimex is committed to developing and consolidating a productive, profitable and sustainable agriculture to conserve a clean field and an ecological and food-feasible Mexico, providing products for the protection of crops through the development of formulation and synthesis processes, safe and of optimum quality with a committed, timely and efficient service.
Currently, it has one of the two broader product portfolios for crop protection that includes insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, bactericides, rodenticides and enhancers.
Its future is based on two main pillars: the development of new compounds and the synthesis of phytosanitary products in technical grade, to participate in the global market and compete with the companies that dominate this market worldwide of all pesticides that have lost patent. With this, Velsimex seeks to consolidate its leadership and become one of the three largest suppliers of agrochemicals in Mexico, in the next 5 years.
