Slightly decomposed by sunlight in aqueous solution.

Toxicology

Oral:Acute oral LD₅₀ for male rats 800, female rats 820, male mice 935, female mice 1010 mg/ kg. Percutaneous:Acute percutaneous LD₅₀ for rats >10 000 mg/kg. Not a skin or eye irritant (rabbits). Inhalation: LC₅₀ (4 h) for male rats 4.32, female rats 2.94 mg/l air. ADI:( JMPR) ADI withdrawn [1996].
