Toxicology

Oral:Acute oral LD₅₀ for male and female rats 237, male mice 575, female mice 420 mg/ kg. Percutaneous:Acute percutaneous LD₅₀ for rats >2000 mg/kg. Non-irritating to eyes and skin (rabbits). Not a skin sensitiser (guinea pigs). Inhalation: LC₅₀ for male rats 1.69, female rats 1.46 mg/l. Phytotoxicity:Pyraclofos is slightly phytotoxic to fruit trees such as apple, Japanese pear, peach, and citrus, depending on varieties, stages and climatic conditions. ADI:0.0
