Melting point:26-27.5℃; Vapour pressure:266 (20℃); Solubility:Practically insoluble in water. Readily soluble in aromatic and chlorinated solvents. Slightly soluble in aliphatic solvents and mineral oils.; Stability:Stable when dry, but rapidly hydrolysed in aqueous media (over 90% in 48 h at room temperature), and more rapidly in alkaline and acidic media. Degraded by sunlight.

Toxicology

Oral:Acute oral 50 for rats 430 /.Percutaneous:Acute percutaneous 50 for rabbits 1100 /kg. Irritating to skin; causes eye burns. Inhalation:No harm was suffered by mice exposed for 6 h to 1.5 /l air. Phytotoxicity:Injury may be caused to apples, pears, melons, cherries, plums, peaches, nectarines, beans, cotton, and some varieties of ornam
