Activity
As a contact fungicide, folpet acts against many important leaf diseases of cereals and fruit by binding to Sulphur-hydrogen bonds and thus interfering with the respiratory process in fungi.

CropUse
Folpet belongs to the class of phthalimide fungicides such as captan or captafol, with a broad-spectrum of activity including both powdery and downy mildew as well as scab, Botrytis and leaf spots. The main crop outlets are on vines and fruit and vegetables.
