BASF, Kubota and ZEN-NOH collaborate to help improve and optimize Japan’s rice production

Kubota Corporation is a tractor and heavy equipment manufacturer based in Osaka, Japan. One of its notable contributions was to the construction of the Solar Ark. The company was established in 1890.  Kubota began its business by manufacturing and selling cast metal products. Since then, it has offered various products including iron pipes for water supply, engines for agro-industrial purposes, and machine tools, contributing to improving human lives and society.  The company is listed on the first section of Tokyo Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the TOPIX 100 and Nikkei 225.
