Huifeng Bio Agriculture to acquire 81.41% stakes in China’s pesticide e-commerce platform

          Jiangsu Huifeng Bio Agriculture Co., Ltd (Previously known as Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd) was founded in 1989. Through about 30 years’ development, Huifeng has become a well-known public company integrating R&D, production, domestic and international business. The company has 200,000mt per year technical synthesis and formulation manufacturing capacity, being R&D and industrialization base of agrochemicals. The company got listed in 2010 with stock name: Huifeng Joint Stock and stock code: 002496. The registered capital is RMB1.51 billion, ranking top 5 domestically and top 20 worldwide in agrochemical industry.

The company possesses one National Enterprise Technology Center and one National level Post-Doctoral Research Center. Prochloraz TC and Prochloraz EW two FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) pesticide standards, created by Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co., Ltd, passed evaluation. IN recent years, the company has applied 171 domestic patents, 63 of which have got approval; applied 39 PCT patents, 15 of which have got approval.
