Tide International USA, Inc. was established in 2003 as a subsidiary of the Tide Group China. It is located in Irvine, California. Tide International USA functions as a liaison office closely working with U.S. companies to jointly register, develop, and market agrochemicals for the U.S. market and NAFTA countries. 

The objective of Tide International USA, Inc. is to provide quality generic agrochemicals at competitive prices.  Tide USA will partner with traditional distribution to fulfill the needs of U.S. growers. Agchemicals produced at Tide manufacturing plants have improved formulations that prolong and maintain the value of the products.
