Microquim was born in 1981 as laboratory of quality control for the pharmaceutical industry. Today, After more than three decades, Microquim has now become a group of companies dedicated to: research, development, analysis and consulting in the areas of quality control for the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries; regulatory studies to support registration of phytosanitary, medicinal, cosmetic and industrial products and of medical technology products; analysis of industrial effluents; analysis of waters, food and food additives; analysis of agrochemicals, fertilizers and veterinary products; safety assessment of health and environmental products; preclinical studies, bioavailability and bioequivalence tests; development of pilot batches and small and medium scale production of medicinal products; analysis of pesticide waste in crops and other matrices.

Microquim provides regulatory GLP studies (PhysChem, Tox, Eco Tox) from the labs and Chemical Equivalence consultancy for regulatory purposes as well as training to develop such studies and/or to understand the scientific basis of them.
