Activity
Gamma-cyhalothrin(GCH) is a contact insecticide that is effective against aphids, adult Japanese beetles, grasshoppers, lepidopterous larvae, and many other crop-damaging pests. Crop applications include alfalfa, corn, cotton, rice, bulb and cole crops, and fruiting and leafy vegetables. Current nonagricultural uses include ornamental gardens, lawns, turf, and golf courses. GCH may also be used for structural pest management and in public health applications to control insects such as mosquitoes, cockroaches, ticks, and flies and for animal health control.
